Workshop Weather Policy: You are welcome to request a transfer to a future workshop date if there is a severe weather situation of any nature at the time of the workshop. In other words, you will receive a credit toward any future workshop. However, no refunds will be issued.
NASW ATTENDANCE POLICY - PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with NASW and to maintain compliance with NASW Continuing Education Attendance Policy, as well as maintain our Provider status, we can only award CE’s for the amount of time the student attends and CE’s will be rounded down to the nearest whole or 1/2 hour for any early departures.
WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY
Please note that a total refund will be issued only if canceled on or before 10 days prior to the date of the workshop. No refund will be given less than 10 days prior to the workshop. Contact mindyourego@gmail.com to request your refund.
TRANSFER YOUR WORKSHOP DATE POLICY
THERE IS NO GUARANTEE AT TRANSFERRING YOUR RESERVATION DATE. Transferring your reservation to another workshop date is strictly based upon availability and other unknown factors. While Samrudhi Incorporated goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of the Administrative staff which require intervention and/or action on the part of the hotel/convention staff or an Administrative Staff person of Samrudhi Incorporated. This procedural description serves as a guideline for handling such grievances.
1. When a participant, either orally or in written format, files a grievance and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken. If the grievance concerns a speaker, the content presented by the speaker, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format. The note need not be signed by the grieved individual. The Administrative Staff person will then pass on the comments to the speaker, assuring the confidentiality of the grieved individual.
2. If the grievance concerns a workshop offering, its content, level of presentation, or the facilities in which the workshop was offered, the Administrative Staff person will mediate and will be the final arbitrator. If the participant requests action, upon request by the aggrieved person, the Administrative Staff person will provide a full refund of the workshop fee. The request need not be signed by the grieved individual, however, the request for a full refund will be stated on their grievance.
3. If the grievance concerns Samrudhi Incorporated CE program, in a specific regard, the Administrative Staff person will attempt to arbitrate.
Samrudhi Inc. will protect the confidentiality of all participant registration information and ensure its security related to any workshop. This information is only accessible to Samrudhi Inc. staff and will be used only to fulfill the various functions of Samrudhi Inc.
None of your personal information will be sold under any circumstances.
